Terms and Conditions

 

  1. A signed Service Agreement will be required prior to the commencement of work.
  2. Payment methods acceptable are direct deposit, PayPal or cheque.
  3. Additional stationery, postage, couriers, STD/ISD calls etc will be at cost and itemised in the tax invoice.
  4. All tax invoices are to be paid within fourteen (14) business days from date of invoice.
  5. In some circumstances payment in full, or a deposit, may be required before commencement of the work.
  6. Hourly rates are billed in 15 minute increments with a minimum of 1 hour. Rates are quoted in AUD and GST inclusive.
  7. Personal information is held in strict confidence and will not be revealed to any third parties.
